Acceptance of Orders
Mays Accessories reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer.
In the event of a product being listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Mays Accessories shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Mays Accessories shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mays Accessories shall repay in full the amount of the incorrect price.
Types of payments we accept
Paypal -
Cheques/ Postal Orders - Please Contact us for details on where to send it to. If you wish to pay using this method, simply select this option during the order checkout process and send us a cheque or postal order in pounds sterling for the total amount of your order (including delivery charge). Once the cheque has been cleared we will post you your items. Please ensure you send your cheques/ postal orders no later than seven working days after you have fully submitted your order at our website. Please put your order reference number on the reverse of the cheque. Do not write your order reference number and/or your full name on the reverse of the postal order. It is essential that you send a copy of your order with either your cheque or postal order. Please note, that if we do not receive payment within 10 days your order will be cancelled.
Product Delivery
We currently only accept orders from within the UK, if you wish to purchase from us and you do not live in the UK, please send us an email and we will inform you of the shipping costs to your country.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 4 business days once full payment has been received and cleared. However if you have not received your package within 7 days please contact us.
If the customer provides us with an incorrect or incomplete address, or postcode the Royal Mail, (or any other delivery provider), will most likely not be able to deliver the package.
If we are provided with an incomplete or incorrect address, it will be up to the customer to pay another postal charge to enable us to re-send the delivery. We will only re-send the delivery once the original package has been returned to us undamaged. If at this point the customer decides not to carry on with the order, they will be refunded the cost of the items but not the postage costs (that is once the original parcel has been returned to us undamaged).
Mays Accessories cannot be held liable for any delivery delays resulting from Royal Mail industrial action and any unforeseen circumstances.
When placing an order we will advise you if there will be an extended delivery date. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Delivery Charge and Packaging for 1 item £1.50 (UK ONLY)
Delivery Charge and Packaging for more than 1 item is a flat rate of £4.50 (UK ONLY)

Return Policy
We take every care in packaging as well as inspecting all our products before dispatching orders to our customers.
However in the highly unlikely circumstances of the product arriving damaged, you have 48 hours upon receipt of the goods to notify us. After this we reserve the right to not issue a refund. You must return the goods within 3 days of receipt of the product/s for either an exchange or refund, (please ensure they are accompanied by a copy of the invoice).
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in their original, unworn and unused condition accompanied with the original packaging.
However for health and hygiene reasons, no refunds are available on pierced earrings and any cosmetic products. All sale products are also non-refundable.
When returning goods, it will speed up the process enormously if you remember to include your name and address, and where possible your order number.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage and packaging. All postage back to Mays Accessories is paid for by the customer. All postage costs incurred are your responsibility. Please send items back via recorded delivery for your own proof of delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
